The Euroregion is an agreement signed between the Polish and Czech sides

The Association for Regional Development and Cooperation “Olza” is a voluntary agreement of communes and poviats of the Republic of Poland, working for the development of areas adjacent to the Polish-Czech border in the area of the Olza river.

The members of the Association are the municipalities of Brenna, Chybie, Cieszyn, Dębowiec, Godów, Goleszów, Hażlach, Istebna, Jasienica, Jastrzębie-Zdrój (township district), Jaworze, Skoczów, Strumień, Ustroń, Wisła, Zebrzydowice and Cieszyn Poviat (country district).

The main goal of SRiWR “Olza” is to support local and regional development in the areas adjacent to the Polish-Czech border in the area of the Olza river.

These goals are consistent with the goals of the Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia – Tešinské Slezsko, thanks to which SRiWR “Olza” carries out its mission, which is supra-local cooperation with a Czech partner.

The Regional Association of Territorial Cooperation of Těšín Silesia is an interest association of legal entities. The Association is a voluntary association, programmatically and purposefully focused mainly on national territorial cooperation and cooperation across the state border with similar legal entities in the border regions of the Republic of Poland and the Slovak Republic and other EU countries.

The members of the Regional Association of Territorial Cooperation of Těšín Silesia are:

A) unions of municipalities and associations: Union of Towns and Municipalities of the Karviná District, Regional Council for Development and Cooperation with its seat in Třinec, Association of Municipalities of the Jablunkov Region,

B) municipalities with full membership: Bystřice, Český Těšín, Dolní Lomná, Horní Suchá, Hrčava, Chotěbuz, Petrovice u Karviné, Písek, Třanovice, Vendryně, Nýdek.
